Okay gather round kiddies! I’ve got some useful information that will help you IRL too!
IT IS NOT ROMANTIC TO PURSUE SOMEONE WHO HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE NO ROMANTIC INTEREST IN YOU.
(Looking at you Sakura)
Sure, Sakura poured her heart out to Sasuke, but in the end, all it truly accomplished was the establishment of Sasuke’s indifference.
That being said, developments after this chapter:
● SasuSaku is dead with Sasuke’s reaction to Sakura’s confession.
● NaruSaku is also dead because of Sakura’s confession to Sasuke, in front of Naruto.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Sakura as a character and for what she stands for. But the fans, alongside Sakura herself, have to realize that the SasuSaku ship has sunk. All those intransigent SasuSaku fans need to realize it’s NOT going to happen! That is not romance! What kind of fucked up and twisted relationship do you want to see Sakura in?!
Us NaruSaku shippers need to realize that our ship is sinking as well. Sakura has confessed her love to Sasuke. Sakura does not love Naruto. Although I’m glad that Naruto NEVER pursued Sakura out of respect and consciousness that Sakura’s heart was elsewhere.
I still have some hope that Naruto will end up with Sakura. If anything, Naruto has a platonic relationship that could grow into something…right?! Better chance than Sasuke and Sakura…lol.
All jokes aside, SasuSaku and NaruSaku, the end is near. Lifeboats are prepped and ready to begin heading to NaruHina, NaruSasu, etc. (the lesser ships).
Farewell my friends. It’s been quite the sail.
Can’t wait for Naruto 694!!!
